David M. Fabiano is our Executive Director. He studied at Oswego State University, and started working in Cable Access television in 1981. Dave worked for the local cable operator as Manager of Local Programming for 12 years, leaving in 1995 when NBCTC was formed. As Executive Director, Dave oversees every facet of our operation, from minding the books and purchasing equipment to working with the Board and interfacing with the community. If you have a question about NBCTC and how it operates, get in touch with Dave.

Nicole A. Brown

Nicole manages the office, edits our newsletter, keeps track of our program schedule, and keeps our books. If you have a question about our schedule, have a Public Service Announcement to post on our bulletin board, or want to schedule some studio time, contact Nicole.

Paul W. Marino

Paul W. Marino is our Program Director. He studied TV Production at North Adams State College (now MCLA), and volunteered with us for several years before being hired as Training Coordinator. Before being hired, Paul produced several video documentaries, as well as an award-winning local history series; after being hired, he organized and ran our TV Camp program for three years. He continues to train all our volunteers, oversee the programming of our shows for cable casting, and even directs a few shows here and there. If you're interested getting involved at NBCTC, or being a student in one of his workshops, drop a line to Paul.

Joanne Hurlbut, PhD

In her role as Education Coordinator, Joanne coordinates with area schools to produce programming for our educational channel. Since she's been on the staff, she's worked with kids in the studio and on location, has taped school plays and games and developed class projects into television shows, and is looking for more! If your school is doing something that ought to be shared with the community, touch base with Joanne.
